- Brussels sprouts
- Olive oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Balsamic Vinegar
First things first: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Next: Wash and prep your Brussels sprouts by trimming off the ends and halving them down the middle.
Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt & pepper. Toss the Brussels sprouts to ensure that they are evenly coated, and spread them out in a single layer.
